Health and fitness has been a passion for me most of my adult life. Now my goal is to share my knowledge with you, creating a fit body and healthy lifestyle.

My sessions usually involve strength and cardio training. Every session is different, so you are never bored. Group training is a great way to get fit. It makes you more accountable, its more fun and more affordable.
